Terms & Conditions

Rules that govern web development and hosting services at Coders Hive.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Coders Hive ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including web application development, custom coding, and cloud server hosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Web Engineering & Hosting Services

Coders Hive provides custom web development, mobile apps, SEO, GEO, and managed hosting. Client websites are deployed on Hostinger, a third-party hosting provider. We configure the plan, DNS, SSL, and application; Hostinger operates the datacenter and control panel.

  • Client projects are developed according to agreed functional specifications.
  • Hosting resources (storage, CPU, bandwidth) follow the Hostinger plan we provision for you.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and keeping application content lawful.

3. Availability

We monitor sites we manage and respond to incidents through the contact channels on this website. Network and hardware uptime are provided by Hostinger under their hosting agreement. Scheduled maintenance they announce, and issues caused by client plugins, content, or expired domains, sit outside any availability target we quote in a proposal.

4. Payment & Billing

Development work is billed as agreed in your proposal or invoice. Hosting services may be billed on a recurring cycle. Payments are due as stated on each invoice. Failed payments may result in a grace period before temporary suspension of hosting services.

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full payment of invoice fees, custom source code, graphics, and assets created specifically for the client become the client’s property. Coders Hive retains rights to pre-existing open-source frameworks, proprietary deployment scripts, and core utility libraries.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coders Hive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service in the preceding three months.
